Consignment Based Conformity Assessment (CBCA) service for exports to Kurdistan
The implementation of this programme would require all Regulated Products imported to Kurdistan (via Ibrahim Al Khalil Port) to have a Certificate of Conformity (CoC) for Customs clearance. Each consignment of products shall be required to have satisfactory conformity supporting documents which shall cover the essential requirements and demonstrate that the product in question complies with the relevant national and international standards and any extant technical regulations.
Certificate of Conformity is required for the clearance of the following products at Ibrahim Al Khalil Port in Kurdistan:
- Toys
- Electrical & Electronic Appliances
- Vehicles, Bicycles, Tyres & Spare Parts
- Construction Products
- Household Hardware
- Kitchenware
- Household Cooking and Water Heater Appliances
- Stationery
- Measuring Equipment
- Baby Care Items
- Jewellery (precious metals except for gold and silver, imitation)
- Medical Equipment
