Intertek Hong Kong Partners with KATRI to Facilitate Product Entry into Korean Market

Intertek Hong Kong recently announced a strategic alliance with Korea Analytical Technique Research Institute Co., Ltd (KATRI) to offer Total Quality Assurance solutions across a broad range of food-contact products targeting the Korean market. Building on our accreditation by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) last year, the new strategic relationship complements our capabilities for Korean food-contact product tests and strengthens the company's position in the Korean market. 

Our Total Quality Assurance services cover a wide range of food-contact products, such as ceramic and enamel cookware, table cutlery, food containers and other cookware. The safety and performance tests can verify product quality and safety characteristics, including handle strength, coating thickness, adhesion, abrasion, thermal shock resistance and corrosion, etc., to ensure fast product entry for customers into the Korean market.
