Intertek Presents Best Practices in Quality Assurance at Asia's Leading Toys and Games Fair

Assuring products are compliant with global regulatory standards

The Intertek Greater China Toys and Hardlines Team recently exhibited at Asia’s leading toys and games fair, the 46th Hong Kong Toys and Games Fair at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in January. The team presented to the public Intertek’s comprehensive Total Quality Assurance solutions and received enthusiastic responses during the 4-day event.

With a 46-year track record and around 42,000 trade buyers, the Toys and Games Fair introduces the latest and popular products between exhibitors and buyers annually. This year, more than 2,100 exhibitors participated in the event, including manufacturers of electronic toys, educational toys, sports goods and pet toys, etc.

At the event, the team showcased how we can help our customers to achieve global market access by providing Total Quality Assurance solutions for their target markets; and also through various innovative certification and verification programmes such as STEM Toy Mark and the latest Total Sustainability Assurance (TSA) programme.

Invited by the fair organiser the Hong Kong Trade Development Council and the Hong Kong Toys Council, William Wong, Assistant General Manager, Laboratories, Toys and Hardlines spoke at a conference session “Toys Safety and Regulations Updates” and shared with 120+ industry players how Intertek can help clients around the globe to expand their network in China by obtaining China Compulsory Certificate (CCC).
