In 2023, Intertek China has once again been recognised with the “Employer Excellence of China” award for the 15th year running. Hosted by 51job.com, the event has been held annually since 2008 and is one of the most influential human resources awards in China. It aims to recognise employers with outstanding performance in talent retention, development, and management.

In 2022, Intertek China stood out among thousands of companies by leveraging outstanding talent strategy, proactive employee growth and training initiatives, as well as substantive input into and execution of human resource practices. In addition to the overall Employer Excellence China award, Intertek China was also presented with the Excellence in HR Digital award, in recognition of our achievements in areas such as management and employee adaptation to digital mindsets, cloud-based HR platforms, and the application of digital tools for recruiting, training, and performance management.
