Recognising Excellence in Occupational Safety & Health

Intertek Hong Kong is proud to have received the prestigious "Safety Management System Award" at the 22nd Hong Kong Occupational Safety & Health Awards. The award recognises Intertek's exceptional achievements in the field of occupational safety and health. This is a significant milestone for Intertek Honk Kong, marking the first time they have received this highly regarded award.

The award, presented by the Hong Kong Occupational Safety & Health Council, is an acknowledgment of Intertek's unwavering commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. The Council, dedicated to promoting safety and health at work, is instrumental in sustaining the valuable workforce of Hong Kong through its various services. These services include education and training, consultancy, research and strategies development, information dissemination, and facilitating exchanges between the government, employers, employees, professionals, and academics.

The recognition came after a rigorous evaluation process that Intertek underwent, which included a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) presentation, a laboratory visit, and interviews with a panel of judges. The panel of experts affirmed Intertek's commitment to workplace health and safety during this process.
