歐盟批准兒童護理用品中的化學危害標準EN 17826:2025

2025年4月14日，歐洲標準化委員會(CEN)批准了EN 17826:2025《兒童護理用品- 化學危害- 要求》 ( Child care articles - Chemical hazards - Requirements )。標準文本將於近期發布。

根據其標準草案FprEN 17826:2025，該標準擬管控14類兒童護理產品中的7類化學物質：19項元素遷移、3項阻燃劑含量(TCEP、TCPP、TDCP)、苯胺、129項致敏香料含量、甲醛含量、7項多環芳烴(PAHs)，以及甲醯胺含量和釋放量。

  2. 床護欄(Bedguards)
  3. 嬰兒背帶和兒童背帶(Baby carriers and child carriers)
  4. 嬰兒車(Pushchairs and prams)
  5. 手提嬰兒床及支架(Carry cots, baby nests and carry cot stands)
  6. 浴盆和洗澡用具(Bath tubs and bathing aids)
  7. 搖籃與嬰兒鞦韆(Reclined cradles and infant swings)
  8. 椅上座椅(Chair mounted seats)
  9. 桌邊座椅(Table mounted chairs)
  10. 自行車兒童座椅(Childs seats for bicycle)
  11. 嬰兒搖椅(Baby bouncers)
  12. 兒童安全帶和韁繩(Children's harnesses and reins)
  13. 嬰兒學步車(Baby walking frames)
  14. 換衣台(Changing units)

標準擬不適用於其他兒童家具、高腳椅(highchairs)、烹飪學習台(learning towers)、安撫奶嘴(soothers)、安撫奶嘴固定器(soother holders)、兒童飲用設備(drinking equipment)、兒童餐具和餵食器具(cutlery and feeding utensils)。
